Gear Sphere Papercraft

Many are still baffled at how Paper Engineering KAMIKARA made their famous gear heart, but it looks like atom from Glue² Chronicle has figured out its inner workings.

It's not the gear heart but a gear sphere papercraft, the designer has stated that he doesn't have any intention of test building it but feels that this has solved the mystery. If any of you have some free time, try it and let us know if it works.

Dissidia Final Fantasy is a fighting game developed and published by Square Enix for the Sony PSP platform. It was for the Final Fantasy series 20th anniversary. And in case you were wondering, the name "Dissidia" is derived from the Latin "dissidium", which could mean "one who causes conflict", "conflict", or "disagreement"

Continuing Jerom's Japanese monster papercrafts (based on Japanese folklore), here is the Yakubyogami - a demon that causes illness, misfortune, and sorrow.

Until the late 19th century, Japanese people believed illness was spread by evil gods called yakubyogami. At first these gods were thought to take human form, but later, influenced by thinking in texts from China, some people came to think of them as little beasties small enough to enter the body. - The Japan Times Online

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Papercraft - Leonardo

The outright leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), Leonardo is the eldest among the siblings and is distinguished by his blue bandana / mask.

Leonardo's weapon of choice is a couple of katana swords - a type of Japanese longsword having a single edge and slight curvature. Just like the other Ninja Turtles who were named after the Italian Renaissance Masters, Leonardo's namesake is Leonardo da Vinci.

AH64D Apache Longbow Papercraft

Papermodel.jp gives us a freebie with two versions of their AH-64D Apache Longbow attack helicopter papercraft.

The first Apache Longbow is painted with your typical woodland camouflage, this is based on the version used by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF). The second Apache Longbow sports a dark matte color, this version is based on the one used by the United States Army.

Automan Car Papercraft "Cursor"

Based on the 1983 scifi, superhero tv series Automan (aka Automatic Man), here's another mod from Paperboy featuring the glowing blue TRON-esque Lamborghini Countach used in the show.

Automan was about a computer generated superhero and his human creator who fights crime in their city. Automan was accompanied by a pixel buddy named Cursor, a ball of energy who could become virtually any object Automan needed.

Touhou Project Papercraft - Sakuya Izayoi

Sakuya Izayoi is a human character from the Touhou Project series and is the Chief Maid at the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

Sakuya's main ability is to manipulate time but is also very skilled with sharp knives. She works as a maid for Remilia Scarlet (vampire).

This papercraft depicts how Sakuya loves to hold her knives, in between knuckles - ala Wolverine ^^ Also includes a circular base stand with a clock face.
