Guido
Guido is a fictional forklift from the Pixar animated feature film Cars. Guido is Luigi's best friend, and works with him at Luigi's Casa Della Tires. He is an Italian forklift and can perform a professional pit stop by himself in seconds. The only language Guido can speak and understand fluently is Italian. He is one of 12 remaining citizens of Radiator Springs. He is voiced by Guido Quaroni. His name means "I drive" in Italian.

I loved Guido from Cars...so adorable and cute. I got this papercraft from this japanese site http://hal8999.web.fc2.com/guido/guido.html (yes I give proper credits this time). Im not sure who is the original creator/designer because the site is in Japanese. The site also has photos of other papercrafts he/she made.
The instructions for the papercraft are not really specific, especially with the forklift 'hands' but when you see the pictures you'll get the idea. This papercraft is not too hard to make. I would rate its difficulty as 2 on a scale of 1 to 5.
Download it here >> http://hal8999.web.fc2.com/guido/guido.html
(p/s: in that last pic, the bottom part of guido looks weird because my printer had problems printing the whole piece so I had to colour it in. SOrry
Edit : Someone commented that there is a whole set of Cars character papercrafts made by Rick Webdude. You can get it over at his website http://paperian.com/webdude/bl.htm and its very detailed. Its in Pepakura PDO format.
