Trabant (aka Trabi) was a small motor car manufactured by VEB Sachsenring primarily for the Communist states of Eastern and Central Europe.
The first-gen Trabant made it into TIME's 50 Worst Cars of All Time list, the Travant is described as "the car that gave Communism a bad name" and is powered by a "pollution generator".
