Red Buster papercraft from ozasikiwarasi, it's based on the current Super Sentai Series airing in Japan - Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters.
As of this post there wasn't any pics of the assembled papercraft so here's a previous model from the designer - just to give you an idea of what it would look like.
