Harle (aka Harlequin) is a playable character and minor villain in Squaresoft's Chrono Cross video game developed for the PlayStation. As you can see from her appearance she's a funky jester and a sexy one at that.

Also very cool! I wonder if you could get the transparency effect of her leggings by using some kind of wax paper (or maybe even using grease or something to make it translucent?)...It'd be amazing if you could do that and then also have her legs done in paper within that construct...! But anyways, cool as-is!
