This is the Maku Tree when it was still a seedling, it is based on Oracle of Seasons (aka The Legend of Zelda: Nut of the Mysterious Tree: Chapter of the Earth) and was released for the Game Boy Color / Game Boy Advance.
You'll first see the young Maku Tree when Link saves her from two attacking Moblins.
