ReplyDeleteYou do know that the designer specifically requested that this NOT be redistributed, right? That would include not posting links to its storage location.
ReplyDeleteDidn't know that, this thing was in my inbox this morning, that's about it.
ReplyDeleteI understand if it was desired not to distributed; however, there are no pictures or images of it. So the designer just wanted to tell the world, "Hey, I made this awesome Spaceballs papercraft, but oh, you can't see it. I just wanted you all to know."
ReplyDeleteLame.
I guess it's for "friends" only :(
ReplyDeleteI was the one that send you the link, check your email coz I send you a new one with the author's updates
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get it from? I'd like to see for myself what the fuzz is all about
ReplyDeleteYea that is hardly fair to just put up a pic from the movie, and say that a model was made, but no sharing, nor pics of the model. Bragging just to brag, or it is not real.
ReplyDeleteThe designer just wanted the people who have been supportive of him for several year to have the first shot at the model; he'll be sharing it further before too long.
ReplyDeleteOh all the silly films to reference with a papercraft, this tops them all!
ReplyDeleteAgain, though, if it was to share a model (even if not yet ready to release the template and plans), then there should be a pic of the model, not a still from the movie. I can post a movie still of The Great Eye of Sauron and say I've made a model of it and the Black Tower, but it doesn't make it true. All's I'm saying is that in order for a post like this to be worth anything there has to be a pic of the model for us to look forward to, otherwise it is just someone saying it would be cool to make a model of this, and yes it would be, but without proof that this person has done it, it is just empty hope and a false post.
ReplyDeleteI guess you're one of the slow ones ^^ this thing was available for a whole day before it was taken down, if you've signed up for my feed then you would have downloaded it. This is available to the members of the Papermodels II Group, you can look for it there.
ReplyDeleteAh, well I only get to spend a few hours here and there to do models, and when I see ones like this, i get excited but I don't know all the ins and outs of all the 'groups'. I did find it on the group's page you said to look. Just frustrating that it took a month to finally get that info.
ReplyDeletethe link is broken. is it possible to get a replacement?
