Located in what's known as "The Old Town", the Sebilj sits like a mushroom in the middle of Bašcaršija - the oldest part of Sarajevo. The Sebilj fountain stands on a seven-sided stone foundation with the rest of the structure comprised mainly of intricately carved wooden panels.
Hundreds of pigeons and tourists flock to the Sebilj on a daily basis, local merchants and townsfolk call out to the tourists to sell cups of corn so they can feed the pigeons for good luck. Because of this, visitors often refer to it as "the pigeon square".
Legend has it that if you drink the water from the Sebilj, you will not be able to leave Sarajevo for a long time - I wonder why? Me, I always stick to bottled water wherever I travel.
Pikmin are the plant-like humanoid characters that appears in the Nintendo Gamecube video game of the same name. The Pikmins are about an inch tall and have sprouts on top of their heads that could either be a leaf, bud, or flower.
These Pikmin papercraft includes the White Pikmin and the Purple Pikmin, both appear in Pikmin 2. They can only be obtained via certain Candypop Buds and have pink flowers instead of white.
Designer bartman, shares with you his Bang Doll mecha papercraft based on The Five Star Stories manga/anime series.
The Bang Doll is one of the most powerful Mortar Headd (that's what they call their mecha) in the series and belongs to the Lown Knights. They are piloted by super-humans known as Headdliners and co-piloted by humanoid creatures known as Fatimas.
This Bang Doll papercraft comes in at 39 pages for the pattern (only), includes the energy sword and shield.
Die Glocke (aka The Bell) is a part of the Nazi German occult and super-secret SS (Schutzstaffel) "wonder weapons" program during World War II that was said to be a time machine.
It's a metallica object shaped like a bell, hence the code name "Die Glocke" / The Bell. It stood 12-15 ft. tall, 9 ft. in diameter and comprised of two counter-rotating cylinders that rotated a highly radioactive substance code named "Xerum 525" (purplish liquid metal).
It is said that all the scientists and witnesses who saw or worked on the Bell were murdered by the SS to conceal any knowledge of the secret program.
Here's a weird papercraft from Atelier Fare, the Takoyaki papercraft doll, a " takoyaki paper doll for fine weather" as the designer put it. What is it? let's break it down.
Takoyaki or Takoyaki balls refers to octopus dumplings that is a popular snack in Japan. It's comprised of octopus, tempura scraps, green onion, & pickled ginger - covered in batter and then either fried or baked (see vid below).
Now that you know what Takoyaki is, we go to the next one. Why is it shaped like a doll?
That part refers to Teru Teru Bozu (sunny monk), a traditional Japanese handmade paper or cloth doll with a string tied to its neck area and hanged on windows or porches to bring in sunny weather and ward off rain. The word "Teru" is a Japanese word that describes sunshine and "Bozu” is the name of a Buddhist monk. Now that you know what those words mean I'm pretty sure you've put two and two together, so here you go, six different takoyaki papercrafts with various flavors themes ^_^

I'm not sure if this is based on any particular J-Pop or anime character, but seeing that its plastered with the Pepamax logo, I'm assuming that its their own. For obvious reasons, we'll just call it Ramen Girl. This paper model comes with a kettle, a bowl of instant Ramen soup, and free undergarment peek-a-boo.
Krauzer updates his Gurren Lagann papercraft with this Gurren Lagann house.
Just like what you'll see in the anime, the house connects to the back of his Gurren Lagann papercraft model. This house was made from the scraps of the beaten up 16 Face Gunmen from episode 4, you'll see it for the first time on episode 5 - Gurren Lagann is dragging it around.
I think this is a first for Keicraft (aka Kei Goto, one of my favorite designers), I've never actually seen any papercraft model from him that had or involved weapons on it.
Although he did some appliance papercrafts for Panasonic, a few car models, bikes for Yamaha, and some anime/video game characters (Alfred the Car & Meiji's Isodine the Hippo), the bulk of his work has always been about animals and family related stuff.
I was surprise to see that he did an attack helicopter papercraft for the official site of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force or JGSDF (Japanese Army). The attack helicopter is based on the AH-1S Cobra antitank and there's also a parachute papercraft to go with it.
I think it's a good thing that his branching out, hopefully we can see more military vehicles or other weaponry papercraft from him in the near future.

This plate-juggling clown model changes appearance in a number of ways when you move the star-shaped lever beneath the model's frame to the left and right: the eyes on the giant clown face blink, open wide, and move in circles.
The Touching Book is the 9th trading quest item from the Legend of Zelda : Oracle of Ages, it is part of the Noble Sword quest. You can find this item in Lynna Village (past), from a boy named Dekadin. Give him the previous quest item (Funny Joke/bowtie) and he'll give you the Touching Book in return.

Sal Azad brings us another fantastic papercraft showcasing his cultural background/heritage. Wayang Kulit refers to shadow puppets prevalent throughout Indonesia. Wayang is the Indo-Malay word for "theatre" while Kulit means "skin" - refering to the leathery material used in creating the puppets.
Wayang kulit shadow puppets perform Indonesian versions of Indian Hindu epics and is considered to be one of the oldest continuous traditions of storytelling in the world. Have you seen one before?
In 2003, UNESCO designated Wayang Kulit, a shadow puppet theater and the best known of the Indonesian wayang, as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
